Help For Acne Sufferers

Acne is a condition suffered by many thousands of people all over world. Although it is usually associated with teenagers, the condition has now known to occur in adults as well.

Scarring from acne can be an embarrassing problem for any age group. There are 2 natural ways of dealing with acne scarring, one in the form of an oil to be applied externally, and one in the form of a powder to be taken internally.

Rosa Mosqueta oil is used by natural skin therapists to reduce the marks left by an acne infection. It is made from pressed rosehip seeds and it is recommended that a few drops should be massaged into the affected area each evening.

MSM, or Methylsulphonylmethane, is organic sulphur, which can be found in every cell in the body and is used to make protein for new structures. It is best to take it in powder form to help rebuild healthy tissue from the inside out. It can also be found in cream form.

The Sher System (although expensive) has a worldwide following. It is a range of skincare products including make-up for acne and rosacea sufferers designed by the former beautician Helen Sher.
