Tips For Tired Eyes

The first step to clear, bright eyes is to eliminate strain.

A very effective way to soothe eye strain is to place cotton pads soaked in rosewater on the eyelids for ten to fifteen minutes.

Another good way to revive tired eyes is a compress of witch hazel, a liquid made from the bark and leaves of the witch hazel tree. Place two cotton pads soaked in witch hazel and relax for ten minutes.

Dim lights and soft music will also help relieve any stress.
